Shea Jackson Denies Contact with Joe McCann, But Alleged Hidden App Logs Show 40-Minute Call from Dubai While Ashlee Jenae Was Unconscious

The death of Ashlee Jenae in Zanzibar remains under active investigation, with authorities continuing to assess both physical and digital evidence linked to her final hours. As widely reported, Ashlee had been staying at a resort with her fiancé, Joe McCann, when a dispute between the two reportedly escalated. Resort staff intervened and separated them into different rooms, and shortly afterward, Ashlee was found unresponsive and later pronounced dead. Officials have not yet confirmed a definitive cause of death, and no charges have been filed.

Recent online narratives have focused on alleged call records involving Shea Jackson and Joe McCann, suggesting communication through a hidden application. However, it is important to emphasize that no official authority has publicly confirmed the existence, authenticity, or content of such call logs.

In digital forensics, call histories—especially those from third-party or encrypted applications—require verification through device extraction, server data, and metadata analysis. Claims about the duration, timing, or subject of any conversation must be supported by authenticated records before they can be considered reliable evidence.

Similarly, references to financial discussions or recorded content have not been confirmed by investigators. Without verified documentation, interpretations about motives or coordination remain speculative.

At this stage, authorities have not established any confirmed communication between Shea Jackson and Joe McCann at the time described, nor linked any such communication to the events surrounding the death of Ashlee Jenae. The case remains open, with investigators continuing to rely on verified forensic findings and corroborated evidence to determine what truly happened.
