Georgia Judge Scott McAfee Issues Significant Ruling in Trump Case, Allowing Trump to Proceed
Washington D.C. – Radical Democrat Sen. Adam Schiff of California is facing increasing pressure. According to sources confirmed by Fox News, the United States Attorney’s Office in Maryland is conducting a criminal investigation into Schiff for potential mortgage fraud.
Laura Ingraham reported on “The Ingraham Angle” that the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has sent a criminal referral to the Department of Justice. The allegations claim Schiff falsified bank documents and property records multiple times to secure more favorable loan terms on properties in Maryland and California.
The FHFA director detailed in a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche that Schiff and his wife repeatedly claimed a Maryland home as their primary residence for mortgage purposes between 2009 and 2013, even while Schiff served as a U.S. Representative for a California district. Simultaneously, he claimed a homeowner’s tax exemption on a Burbank, California condominium, declaring it his primary residence and saving thousands in property taxes.
A Fannie Mae memo cited by the FHFA accuses Schiff of “a sustained pattern of possible occupancy misrepresentation” across five Fannie Mae-backed loans. The letter notes that Schiff only began identifying the Maryland property as a secondary residence in 2020, long after benefiting from primary-residence mortgage rates.
This is the same Adam Schiff who spent years relentlessly promoting the Russia collusion hoax against President Donald J. Trump, using Congress and the media while allegedly hiding his own financial deceptions.
